These terms apply to your use of Quran Day, provided by Evgeny Muravyev. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. App license
Your license to use the app is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If they conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the license.
2. Religious content
Quran Day supports personal reading and practice. It isn't religious advice or a ruling.
- Translations are human interpretations of the Arabic text and may contain differences of meaning.
- Prayer times are calculated from your location and a calculation method. They are estimates and may differ from your local mosque or authority.
- Qibla direction is approximate and depends on your device's sensors.
Please check anything important, such as prayer or fasting times, with a local source you trust.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app lawfully and not to:
- Misrepresent or alter the Quran text in material you share
- Copy, resell or redistribute the app or its design
- Interfere with the app or its services
4. Your content
Your reflections and recordings belong to you. They stay on your device and in your own iCloud unless you share them. You are responsible for what you share and for having the rights to it.
5. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the price shown to you.
- If a free trial is offered, the unused part of it ends when you subscribe.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
- Apple handles refunds under its own rules.
We may change prices or features for future periods. Apple will notify you where required.
6. Ownership and sources
The app, its design and its original content belong to Evgeny Muravyev or his licensors. Quran text and translations belong to their respective sources, listed in the app.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the previous 12 months or US$50. Nothing here limits rights that can't be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may change or stop the app, or suspend access if these terms are broken.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
